Essential oils – can scent positively impact your mood?

I’ve been loving learning about essential oils and aromatherapy recently, so I decided it was time to share my current understanding and discoveries as I dip my toe into this practice. The Joyful Practice is now OPEN

So today marks a very special day. The opening of my own Life Coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming Practice which has been approaching a year in the making! If you’ve followed my social channels or my blog for some time, then you’ll know I’ve been studying for two Diplomas and taking on practice clients whilst I learn, develop and grow as a Practitioner.
