So today marks a very special day. The opening of my own Life Coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming Practice which has been approaching a year in the making! If you’ve followed my social channels or my blog for some time, then you’ll know I’ve been studying for two Diplomas and taking on practice clients whilst I learn, develop and grow as a Practitioner. Homemade Golden Granola

Breakfast is my favourite meal of the day and I love mixing it up throughout the week. For me, a filling and enjoyable breakfast is super important for a positive start to my day.
