Self love and where to find it

So recently things have been a little quiet. There are reasons for this and my intuition (which I’ve learnt to really listen to) is telling me to rest, to not be too hard on myself and to only set myself intentions that help me move forward with the areas of my life that need a little more focus. The Joyful Practice is now OPEN

So today marks a very special day. The opening of my own Life Coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming Practice which has been approaching a year in the making! If you’ve followed my social channels or my blog for some time, then you’ll know I’ve been studying for two Diplomas and taking on practice clients whilst I learn, develop and grow as a Practitioner. Mental health, A Letter & Me

The stories we tell ourselves become who we are.   I guess this is me telling my story. Although it’s not a story in the traditional sense with a start and an end – a neat beginning and a well-formed conclusion; it’s life. It’s messy and chaotic yet simple and repetitive.
