Part 2 – Building intentions – 2018

An intention is a direction we want to pursue in order to work towards a particular end result. Building intentions, rather than resolutions, is my preferred method when it comes to moving from one yearly chapter, into the next. Finding a mindful way to reflect and then move forward in a positive, self aware state, will hopefully ensure that those tricky resolutions which often last just a few weeks, are a thing of the past and no longer leave you feeling like such a failure. Interview with Meditation Teacher Natalie Camilla

Throughout November, I set myself the challenge to meditate once a day, every day. Although I’d tried meditation in the past, up until now I was never consistent with it.  Since sticking to a daily practice of just 10-15 minutes, I’ve noticed some really positive changes. I’m falling asleep quicker and am finding that my sleep is deeper and less interrupted, which means I’m feeling better (even with those 6am weekday wake-up calls!).
